Likes: One glass of sparkling and a dash of salty snacks (wouldn’t turn down a beer either). One glass of lively white with shellfish (could be substituted for another glass of sparkling). One and a half glasses of aged Nebbiolo with aged beef. One part aperitif with something chocolaty. Don’t judge me, it’s a long meal - European style. Sprinkle in some great company for good measure. Humour and optimism are a bonus.
